Order this test“CJC-1295 without DAC” and “Mod GRF (1-29)” are the same molecule under two names, and that is what our method confirms. “CJC-1295 with DAC” is a different compound entirely, carrying a lysine-maleimide drug affinity complex the other form does not have, and it sits about 280 daltons heavier.
Vendors routinely sell one form under the other’s name, and buyers routinely order one believing it is the other. Because both are genuinely called CJC-1295 in common use, neither party is necessarily being dishonest.
The label cannot resolve this. Only the mass can.
Our method targets the without-DAC form at 3367.9 daltons. If that is what your vial contains, we confirm it and report purity and net peptide content as usual.
If it is not, we will tell you that the compound was not detected — but we cannot currently identify the with-DAC form for you. A negative result narrows the answer without supplying it.
